The main objective of reverse side injecting is to laminate the production piece during the injection process. Firstly the decorative layer is placed in the mould and fixed into position. The melt is then slowly injected into the cavity until it is volumetrically filled. It is vital that this process takes place at very low pressure in order to avoid a misforming of the textile layer.
