It is a
fundamental principle of our corporate philosophy that we orientate all our
actions towards the requirements of our customers, that we react competently
and flexibly to our customers’ needs, that we optimize our service as
regards time and cost factors and that the utmost demands on quality are
met.
The Gerhardi management will continue to ensure that all necessary
requirements regarding quality management of our services are fulfilled and,
should it be necessary, that any necessary additional measures are
implemented. Quality should not only fulfill the requirements of our
customers but should also be regarded as a challenge.
The qualifications and motivation of the Gerhardi employees are the basis
for a faultless just-in-time production. The development of this, its
maintenance and continuous improvement is the utmost objective of our
internal quality management system.
