Product development takes place at our premises or also, if the customer wishes, in external design offices.
At the same time it is of importance to us to allow the demands on the product as regards mould c, injection moulding technology, quality management and assembly and installation to flow into the design of the product. We make use of our most up-to-date CAx methods to put our Know-how into CAD data. We work with Catia V4® and Catia V5®. Furthermore we use Moldflow® to work out the technical production of our products. Our data is administered with a PDM system.
Parallel to the product design we work together with our customers on test plans to ensure that all demands on the product are taken into account from the very start.
Product testing is partly carried out by us on behalf of our customers.
